Criteria 

• Participated in and successfully completed one of the federally funded TRIO programs that are located in Louisiana
• Enrolled in and successfully completed a post-secondary degree
• Employed at least 3+ years within your chosen profession
• Made significant civic, community, or professional contributions
• Submit a letter of recommendation from the TRIO staff member who nominated the applicant
• Photograph for reproduction in the TRIO Achievers Program
• 5-7 minute speech to the LASAP membership during the TRIO Achievers Luncheon in Lafayette, Louisiana
